Brigitte designed the Radler-Rast logo and the lush green appearance of the Radler-Rast is thanks to her. She is an artist with a lot of flair, but also a very good cook. Every day she bakes the small organic apricot cakes and cooks soup for the cyclists.

Otto is responsible for making coffee. He also bakes the hand rolls every morning, which can then be filled with meatloaf or cheese and eaten by the hungry cyclists with a view of the Hinterhaus ruins.
